Billing and Insurance Information

At Early Path Pediatric Therapy, we want to make the billing and insurance process as simple and stress-free as possible for you. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Give Us a Call!
When you call, we’ll gather your child’s information and insurance details (if applicable). Don’t worry—we’ll take care of everything from here!

Step 2: Insurance Verification
Our billing specialist will contact your insurance company to verify coverage and make sure we can provide the services your child needs. This usually takes a little time, but we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Step 3: We’ll Get Back to You
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll call you to let you know if we’re able to accept your insurance and schedule your child’s therapy sessions. If we can move forward, we’ll discuss any co-pays or out-of-pocket expenses so you’re fully informed.

Step 4: Out-of-Network or Self-Pay?
If we’re out-of-network with your insurance or if you prefer not to use insurance, don’t worry! We offer affordable self-pay options, and we’ll work with you to find a payment plan that works for you.

We Accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

Referral & Assessment process

We’re so excited to be part of your child’s journey! Here’s a quick guide on how you can refer your child for therapy and what to expect during the assessment process.

How to Refer a Child for Therapy:

Referring your child for therapy is simple and we’re here to make it easy for you! Here’s how you can get started:

  • Start with Your Pediatrician: To help with insurance coverage, we recommend contacting your child’s pediatrician for a referral, as many plans require one.

  • Give Us a Call: Once you have your referral, give us a call! Our friendly team will help you schedule your child’s evaluation at a time that works for you.

We’re here to support you every step of the way and are happy to work with your pediatrician or any other professionals involved in your child’s care! What to Expect During the Assessment:

Our goal is to make the assessment process easy and fun for both you and your child! Here’s a step-by-step look at what to expect:

  1. Scheduling the Evaluation: Once we receive your referral, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you and your child.

  2. Pre-Assessment Questionnaire: Before the evaluation, we’ll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire to gather some background information about your child’s development, behavior, and specific concerns. This helps us tailor the assessment to meet your child’s needs.

  3. The Assessment Session:

    • During the evaluation, we’ll observe your child’s abilities in a relaxed, playful setting. We’ll use fun activities to assess their motor skills, communication, sensory processing, and social interactions—whatever areas are important for their development.

    • We may use some standardized tests, games, and hands-on activities that are designed for children.

Preparing Your Child:

We want your child to feel relaxed and have fun during the assessment!

Afterward, we'll discuss the results and create a personalized plan, guiding you every step of the way. Ready to get started? Contact us today – we can’t wait to meet you and your little one!
